About Character:
- Porunga is the Eternal Dragon of Planet Namek in the Dragon Ball series, summoned when the seven Namekian Dragon Balls are gathered and the Namekian incantation is spoken. His Namekian name translates roughly to Dragon of Dreams or Dragon of Law. Towering far larger than Earth Shenron, Porunga grants three wishes and possesses powerful abilities such as reviving multiple people and restoring entire populations.
