About Character:

Dry Bones are skeletal versions of Koopa Troopas that are mainly found in towers and castles. They first appeared in Super Mario Bros. 3, and have since become a staple in Mario spin-off games; more skeletal Koopas have since appeared in the Mario franchise, such as Bony Beetle and Dry Bowser. Dry Bones are infamous for one feature: their ability to regenerate. Their bodies often collapse when attacked, but the undead Koopas soon revive themselves and become normal once again; some methods of attack can still permanently defeat them. Dry Bones is commonly made a lightweight character in some spinoff games, and is sometimes accompanied by Boo. The emblem used by Dry Bones in some appearances is based off a profile of their head.
