Payment Terms

The following payment methods are accepted worldwide:
-Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
-PayPal
-Money Order

The following payment methods are accepted in the United States only:
-Cash on Delivery
-Check

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an item. Payment will be refunded to your selected method of payment (if applicable).

Items will not be shipped until the payment has cleared, please keep this in mind when choosing to pay via check or money order. We reserve the right to hold any shipment as a precaution if we believe the payment may be fraudulent.

We reserve the right to reverse a payment for any reason including, but not limited to:
-Fraudulent payment
-No Inventory
-Undeliverable Shipping Address
-Any conditions we consider in violation of our Terms of Use

Shipping Terms

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We will make sure that the item(s) you ordered arrive in 
a timely manner and in the specified condition. We ship within 1-3 business days (we do not ship on 
weekends or holidays) of when the payment is received and cleared. Transit times can vary depending on the 
carrier used for shipping. USPS Domestic shipments can take 2-7 days. USPS International shipment can take 
7-30 days. Most of our domestic customers will receive the item(s) on average 3-7 business days after the 
payment is received and cleared (3-10 business days during holiday seasons). In case you need the item 
faster, we recommend that you pick a higher priced shipping option.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Any revisions to the shipping address must be 
submitted before tracking information has been received. Reshipping due to incorrect shipping address will 
be at buyers' expense. Shipping is non-refundable, the money is used for postage and cannot be recovered. 
Multiple items purchased may be shipped together or separate depending on availability and viability. It 
will not affect the shipping and handling charge. Lost packages can be claimed after 30 days (for 
domestic) and 90 days (for international). We will monitor the status on the delivery confirmation.

International Shipping

The customer is responsible for any and all duties/taxes/tariffs. We serve ONLY as the exporter and DO NOT 
pay for any of the taxes/duties/tariffs. All BROKERAGE fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
Tracking for international shipping is not always available for First Class packages after they have left 
the US. For tracking outside of the US, please select Priority, Express Mail or UPS (Canada Only) on 
checkout.

Note to Canadian customers: Selecting UPS as the carrier raises the likelyhood of brokerage fees on 
delivery. Please consider this additional cost when selecting a shipping method. Any items returned for 
refusal to pay brokerage fees may result in a restocking fee being taken from the item purchase cost.

Wholesale Shipping

Shipping and handling fees will be calculated and included on the final invoice. We currently offer USPS 
and UPS as carriers for wholesale orders.

Returns

Our return/exchange policy remains active 30 days from the date the item is delivered to you. If for any reason that you have trouble with your item please contact us immediately. If we are contacted after the 30 day timeframe, we will do what we can to help you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that the item was received in. For example: if the item was sold as Brand New and Sealed the item must be unopened. All items must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns for any reason on the following items: Game points (Xbox 360 Live Pre-paid cards, PS Network, WOW cards, etc.) any game cheat/enhancers (Xploders, Action Replays), Trading card games (Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, etc). Please be sure to read the description carefully to ensure you buy the correct item.


Additional non-returnable items:
-Gift cards
-Downloadable software products
-Perishable Items (candy, energy drinks, etc.)
-New sealed video games
-Items sold in as-is condition

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Packing Invoice) and an RMA number that will be assigned to you when you contact us at support@hexir.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
-Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
-Any items damaged, not in its original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
For any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, a 20% restocking fee may be applied

Manufacturer Warranty

Many product manufacturers offer their own comprehensive warranty programs. We highly advise you make use of the manufacturer warranty as they usually have a longer duration and cover shipping costs. More information can be found on the packaging or instruction manuals of the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal or credit card account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. With some credit card processors, a refund can take up to 7-10 business days to post.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted also to a bank account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hexir.com.

Clarence items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, clearance items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@hexir.com and send your item to:

All exchanges must have an RMA number included; if a return is received without an RMA number the package will be refused.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item regardless if you are returning or exchanging. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All exchanges/returns must have an RMA number included; if a return/exchange is received without an RMA number the package will be refused.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any returned items lost during shipping.
